About
We would rather be checkable than impressive.
ScholarWindow Solutions designs learning for organisations that need capability rather than content. This page says why we exist, who is behind it, and how an engagement runs.
Why we exist
The knowledge is already in the building.
Most organisations are not short of expertise. It sits with the people who have done the job for years, in documents nobody reads, and in training built for a product that has since changed.
What is missing is the route from that knowledge to what someone can actually do on a Tuesday afternoon. That route has stages, each one handing something to the next, and skipping any of them is why training so often produces completion without capability.

How we work
Three ways an engagement starts.
Which one applies is usually obvious within a call. All three run through the same 6 stages; they differ in how much of the chain is ours to carry.
Project
A defined learning, content or LMS deliverable.
A gap you can already name, with a scope that can be written down and finished.
Retainer
Ongoing LMS, content and L&D support.
A platform and a catalogue that need maintaining, with no in-house team to do it.
Solution
End-to-end learning ecosystem design and transformation.
Several of the six stages are missing at once, and fixing one alone would not hold.
If the capability gap is clear enough to describe, it is clear enough to scope.
