What this site claims, and what it doesn't.

It describes what ScholarWindow Solutions does and invites you to start a conversation about it. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver anything, and reading it or sending an enquiry through it puts neither of us under any obligation.

Work is agreed separately, in writing, scoped to the engagement. Where those terms and this page differ, the signed agreement is the one that governs the work — this page governs the website.

Six pieces of work appear on the work page, and they are not the same kind of thing. One is an engagement delivered for Biostadt India Limited, our client, and it carries the filled Client engagement tag. The other five are ours: built by us to show how we work, never delivered to anybody, and each carrying the dashed ScholarWindow concept tag.

A concept is a demonstration of method. It is not a case study, it does not describe a real organisation, and it should not be read as evidence that we have done that piece of work for someone. Only the tagged client engagement is delivered work, and only it has a detail page of its own.

One page on this site frames a training module that is still a draft. It is unlisted, not indexed, and nothing links to it, so you reach it only if somebody sends you the address.

Screens in it carry bracketed placeholder copy, its chart is labelled by the module itself as illustrative sample data, its testimonial screen is waiting for a quote nobody has given yet, and it makes comparative claims we have not verified. It is a work in progress shown for review. Nothing in it is a statement by us or by our client about any product's performance, and none of its figures should be relied on. The page it sits on says the same in the same words.

This site publishes no completion rate, no satisfaction score, no learner count and no client list beyond the one named above. That is deliberate: a figure that cannot be traced to something real is an invented figure, and the build fails rather than round one. Where a fact has not been supplied, the page says so on its face.

What the site does describe is method and intent. Neither is a guarantee of a result in your organisation, and nothing here should be read as one.

The words, design, code and mark on this site are ours. Quote us with attribution, by all means; copying a page, the layout or the concept work to present as your own is not on.

The draft module, the name Biostadt India Limited and everything in that engagement belong to our client, and appear here with their agreement rather than as anything of ours to license on.

Pages change as the work does, and this one may be different next month. We do not promise the site is available at any particular moment, and we do not promise every line on it is current — where something here turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it rather than argue about it.

Two things on this site reach beyond it: the enquiry form hands what you type to the service that collects it, and the draft module loads its typefaces from Google. Those services run on their own terms, which we do not control. The privacy page names both, and is the more useful read if that is what you came for.

Which law these terms run under, and whose courts would hear a dispute about them, is a decision the business has not taken yet. Rather than assume one, this page leaves it open.
