Approach
Six stages. Each one hands something to the next.
A method, not a philosophy. Every stage names what we do, what you have to supply, and what you hold at the end of it.

The six stages
Knowledge
What your organisation already knows, gathered from the people who hold it.
We collect what the organisation already knows — from subject matter experts, product data, process documents and whatever training exists — and find where it is thin, duplicated or contradictory.
- What you provide
- Access to the people who hold the knowledge, and the material you already have, however unfinished it is.
- What you receive
- A written map of what exists, what is missing, and where two sources disagree.
Design
That knowledge restructured into something a person can actually learn.
The gathered knowledge is restructured into learning: objectives, sequence, practice and assessment, written down before anything is produced. This is where we argue for cutting scope.
- What you provide
- A review of the design, and a decision on scope where we recommend leaving something out.
- What you receive
- A learning design document you could hand to any vendor, including one that is not us.
Learning
The designed material built and delivered where the learner works.
Production. Modules, media, assessments and supporting resources built to the approved design, then organised inside the platform rather than uploaded to it.
- What you provide
- Brand assets, platform access, and one named reviewer who can settle a decision.
- What you receive
- The built learning, in your LMS, in the structure the design specified.
Application
Support at the point of the job, so learning survives contact with work.
We add what people need while doing the work — job aids, reference material, and content structured so it can be searched and answered against rather than only read.
- What you provide
- Access to the workflow, and time with people actually doing the job.
- What you receive
- Support material sitting where the work happens, not only inside a course.
Performance
Evidence of what changed in how people do the work.
Measurement moves from activity to capability: what people can now do, assessed or observed, rather than inferred from a completion percentage.
- What you provide
- Agreement on what evidence counts, and access to the data that shows it.
- What you receive
- A reporting structure that answers whether capability changed, and for whom.
Business impact
The line from capability back to the outcome the business asked for.
The reporting is connected back to the outcome named at stage 01. Where the line cannot be drawn honestly, we say so rather than claim it.
- What you provide
- The business measure you are accountable for.
- What you receive
- A review against the original capability gap, and a recommendation on what to do next — including doing nothing.
Engagement models
Three ways this gets bought.
We do not publish rates. Scope decides cost, and scope is what the first conversation is for.
- Project
- A defined learning, content or LMS deliverable.A gap you can already name, with a scope that can be written down and finished.
- Retainer
- Ongoing LMS, content and L&D support.A platform and a catalogue that need maintaining, with no in-house team to do it.
- Solution
- End-to-end learning ecosystem design and transformation.Several of the six stages are missing at once, and fixing one alone would not hold.
