Privacy
What we collect, and what we don't.
The short version: this site sets no cookies and counts no visitors. The only thing it collects is what you type into the enquiry form.
Who is responsible
Two of these are business facts nobody has supplied yet. They are marked rather than filled in with something that looks right.

What this covers
This page covers the ScholarWindow Solutions website and the enquiries people send through it. It describes what the site does, written from the code that runs it rather than from a template — so if a line here is ever wrong, the site itself is the thing to check.
It is a plain statement of practice, not legal advice.
What the site collects on its own
Nothing. No cookies are set. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no social embed and no chat widget. Nothing is kept in your browser between visits, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The three typefaces are served from this domain, so reading a page here does not announce it to a font service.
One page is an exception and it is not linked from anywhere on the site. /module-preview frames a draft training module supplied by a client, and that file loads its typefaces from Google's font service. Opening it sends your IP address to Google, as any page using that service does. It is the only third-party request the site makes.
Whichever server delivers these pages keeps its own request log — the addresses, pages and timestamps every web server records. The site's own code neither reads that log nor adds anything to it.
What the enquiry form collects
Seven answers, and only what you type into them: your name, work email, phone number, organisation, role, what you are trying to solve, and how you heard about us. The phone number and the last question are optional. Nothing is collected about what you read before you wrote, or after.
The form carries one field you cannot see, named ref_code. It is a trap for automated submissions: script empties it as the page loads, a person can never reach it, and anything arriving in it is discarded instead of sent. There is no CAPTCHA, so nothing about how you moved or typed is measured either.
Where it goes
This site is static. It has no database and no server code of its own, so nothing you type is stored here.
Sending the form posts those answers to docs.google.com, where they collect in a response sheet we read. That is a Google Form, so Google handles and stores the answers as the operator of that service, under its own terms. A reply then comes by email.
What we do with it
We read it and reply to it. That is the whole purpose of the form, and we do not use what you send for anything else.
It is not sold. It is not passed to anyone outside the business. It is not added to a mailing list — there is no mailing list — and it is not used to advertise to you anywhere else.
How long we keep it
An enquiry stays in the mailbox it arrived in, and in the response sheet behind the form, until it is deleted. How long that should be has not been decided, so this page does not state a period it cannot keep.
Retention period not yet set
You can ask us to delete yours at any point before then — see below.
Asking us about your details
Write to scholarwindow@gmail.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A deletion covers both copies — the mailbox and the response sheet.
You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing. The same address is where to raise it if you think something here is wrong.
Changes to this page
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date below changes too. It is dated together with the terms page, so there is never a question of which of the two is current.
